Return / Exchange Policy

PICK-UP

Order Validity – The order valid for the items specified. Changes and refunds are not allowed except in the case of manufacturing defects. 

Waiver of damage claim – The client waives damage claims against SPORTFIT, INC. for items delivered to a freight forwarder. It is expected that the items will receive in good condition by the freight forrader or the client’s representative.

Damage Item – If items are received damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact the Customer Service hotline +63908-886-8902 within 7 days from the time of delivery to discuss available options. 

 

SALES ORDER

Reservation Fee – A 50% downpayment (reservation fee) is required for available items. The reservation fee is valid for 30 days after confirmation of product availability and becomes non-refundable after the expiration. The reservation fee will be considered a partial payment if the purchase proceeds.

Payment and Delivery – Full payment in cash, cleared checks or Credit card is required for delivery. Failure to accept the delivery of ordered items without defects result in the total forfeiture of the amount paid as a penalty.

Non-refundable/Non-replaceable Equipment – Assemble or installed equipment found to be over/undersized or over/under capacity cannot be returned or replaced. Orders cannot be change or refunded, except for damaged items due to manufacturing defects.
